We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your ShadeSuits purchase, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged if it does not meet your quality expectations within 30 days of the original purchase. If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange, refund or credit for the original purchase price. If returned without a receipt you will receive an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price.

Shipping Information

Please allow 24 hours after you place your order for us to process it.

  • Standard Shipping arrives within 4-9 business days with a flat rate of $8.00. We will send it via USPS priority mail, UPS ground, or FedEx ground, depending on the location and to ensure the fastest delivery service.
  • Express Shipping arrives within 1-2 business days with a flat rate of $24.00, USPS overnight delivery.
  • International Shipping arrives within 14 days at a flat rate of $26.00. (Please note that orders are in U.S. dollars.)
  • Tax, Duties and Tariffs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to pay for all taxes, duties, and tariffs to clear Customs as per your country’s governing laws. ShadeSuits is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariff charges.
